Displaying the Bread Baking Time

This application measures and displays the oven transit time as the degree of baking of bread on a conveyor.

A Rotary Encoder detects the conveyor speed. A K3HB-R Rotary Pulse Indicator converts and displays the transit time proportional to the input frequency.

Know-How

The system uses a K3HB-R Rotary Pulse Indicator, which can perform high-speed measurement at 50 kHz.
