Product information, processing information, assembly information, and inspection information are written to an ID Tag attached to a pallet.
At each process, the processing information, assembly information, and inspection information are separated according to the work instructions on the ID Tag. At each inspection step, the results of the inspection are written to the ID Tag, then uploaded to the host at the final process.

Know-How

Superior environmental resistance allows stable communications even in noisy factory conditions. High reliability enables secure data retention even in inspection processes (such as high-voltage tests using tens of thousands of volts, and strong electric fields).

Benefit / Efficiency

Products and information are integrated, so tool changes at each stage can be done accurately and efficiently. Production and inspection histories can be automatically collected for accurate traceability control.
