SitemapPhysical management is possible by attaching labels containing 1-dimensional or 2-dimensional codes (with model numbers, lot numbers, production history, inspection data, etc.) to PCBs.
Know-How
Both 1-dimensional and 2-dimensional codes can be read without having to change settings. Inexpensive and ideal for reading codes printed onto paper or labels. The system is ultracompact, so it can be installed in a wide variety of locations.
Benefit / Efficiency
The production history and inspection data can be managed for each substrate. This data can then be read from the 2-dimensional code and used for quick comparison if a defect occurs in the production or inspection process.
