QR Codes for Automobile Parts
For quality control, important components affecting safety are physically managed by attaching 2-dimensional code labels to them.
For example, when assembling engines, the 2-dimensional code of the part is read and linked to the engine number, and this data is stored in a database for history management.

Production data (serial number, lot number, etc.) is attached to each part using labels that have 1-dimensional or 2-dimensional codes.
By reading the code for each part during assembly, a link can be made that shows which part was used in which product, and this data can be stored in a database.
