What is the contact form?
Answer
The contact form is the configuration of Relay contacts, such as SPST-NO, SPST-NC, DPST-NO + DPST-NC, and SPDT.
Contact forms include NO (normally open or make contacts), NC (normally closed or break contacts), and DT (double-throw contacts or transfer contacts).
