Question
Can one SET Current Converter be connected to and used with two SAO Current Sensors? If not, can it be used by inserting a diode?
Answer
No, two SAO-series Current Sensors cannot be connected to one SET-series Current Converter. (Refer to Figure 1 below.)
When used with an SAO-series (SE-series) Sensor, the output voltage of the SET-series Current Converter is set to match that of the SAO-series (SE-series) Sensor. It cannot be used even if a diode is inserted.
The application shown in Figure 2 below is no problem as long as the CT has sufficient capacity.
