What is binary-coded hexadecimal?
Answer
Binary-coded hexadecimal uses binary to express each digit of a hexadecimal number. The following characters are used: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, A, B, C, D, E, F.
