What is 'dielectric strength'? What does 'dielectric strength' mean?
Definition
The voltage that can be endured when AC voltage is applied between discontinuous terminals, between each terminal and non-current-carrying metal parts, and between each terminal and ground. (The leakage current is specified separately.)
