What is 'simple average'? What does 'simple average' mean?
Definition
Displaying the average value after taking n samples. The previous average remains until the samples have been taken. There is no relationship to the previously averaged data. A simple average is useful for a long refresh cycle. The number of samples can be set by the user. The response will be slower when a simple average is used.
