What is 'primary delay operation '? What does 'primary delay operation ' mean?
Definition
An operation that generates a delay that changes with the characteristics of an exponential function. Called a "time constant" as a guide that indicates the rate of change. The time constant is the assumed time to reach the final point (100%) from the slope at startup (0%).
