What is 'CPU Unit'? What does 'CPU Unit' mean?
Definition
The main Unit that controls a PLC. The CPU Unit consists mainly of the user program, I/O memory, PLC Setup, and serial communications ports. I/O with external devices is performed by refreshing I/O with the various other Units.
