What is 'maximum allowable voltage on coil side'? What does 'maximum allowable voltage on coil side' mean?
The maximum value of the coil voltage range that is allowed to ensure that Relay performance is maintained. The temperature of the electromagnetic section (the section around the coil) will increase if the rated coil voltage is exceeded. The maximum allowable voltage is somewhat lower than voltage that would cause the Relay to exceed its heat resistance.
