electric corrosion

Definition

The appropriate product category
Corrosion that occurs with a conductive Level Controller. Conductive level controllers use the conductance of liquids to detect liquid levels. To achieve this, a small amount of current flows between the Electrodes. Ions in the Electrode are released to the liquid, leaving holes in the Electrode. These holes can cause Electrodes to break, damage the quality of the liquid, and cause pump failures.
