What is 'potentiometer input'? What does 'potentiometer input' mean?

Definition

A feedback resistor that shows the degree of valve opening from a control motor when performing position-proportional control. The motor can be calibrated to automatically initialize the resistance (100 W to 2.5 kW) when the valve is fully open according to the feedback resistance of the connected control motor.
