What is 'voltage output for driving SSR'? What does 'voltage output for driving SSR' mean?

Definition

A voltage output used to drive an SSR. The Temperature Controller outputs 12 VDC (22.5 VDC, 24 V, or other voltages depending on the manufacturer and model) or 0 VDC to an SSR. The SSR is ON when there is a voltage and OFF when there is no voltage.
