Omron’s NX1 is a global open controller
The use of the global open programming language according to IEC 61131-3 and open industrial networks is crucial to quick globalization and development of local human resources. Omron’s NX1 Controller supports both of them, making globalization easier.
Global open 1
Global standard language (PLCopen)
The international standard IEC 61131-3 defines programming languages, and PLCopen, which is a vendor and product independent organization, created the specifications around IEC 61131-3. In addition to promotion of IEC 61131-3, PLCopen certifies products from various vendors. PLCs from vendors certified by PLCopen account for 80% of total PLCs that were adopted in markets other than Japan, and the number is continuing to increase.
Since Omron has been certified for a long time by PLCopen, you can quick and easily relocate production equipment and procure Omron’s products anywhere across the world.
Global open 2
